Prudential Hotel

Fantastic location - you won't get any better. Hotel is right on Nathen Road, in the middle of the action. Only 1 minute walk from MTR. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Housekeeping are very friendly - They said hello every time they saw me and always asked if there was anything my room needed.

The room was clean. I esp like that the towels were white - clean white. I felt comfortable using them. I have a problem with old, meh spaces and this hotel provided a nice, comfortable, accessible location to food, shopping and most importantly, access to the mtr which is right downstairs. I asked for complimentary slippers and firm beds, which I got. I was happy with the spring beds the hotel provided. The staff was friendly. The young lady who cleaned our room on the 12th floor was esp jovial and nice. I would give it an 8.5 instead of an 8 for overall score.

Location and accessibility to all modes of transports. The location was perfect for us and our little toddler which made accessing trains and buses easy. Heaps of eatery around and the room was a great size, we could still walk around even with two large suitcases wide open on the floor. Fortunate enough to have daily cleaning, as our bins were constantly fill with diapers and whatever random junk our child brings back, so happy that the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating.

The Prudential Hotel is centrally located in Kowloon on it's main road. It is above a MTR underground station. We stayed there a number of years ago but it has had a makeover since then. All the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Our room was large by HK standards. We had breakfast there too and the food was fresh and varied and there was lots of it. We felt it was value for money and we will definitely return there again.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Very close to many restaurants and Jordan subway right underneath it. The hotel also attached to an old mall which has a food court in the basement.
