Prudential Hotel

Fantastic location - you won't get any better. Hotel is right on Nathen Road, in the middle of the action. Only 1 minute walk from MTR. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Housekeeping are very friendly - They said hello every time they saw me and always asked if there was anything my room needed.

The staff was great, very clean hotel, enjoyed the public lounge areas- coffee bar, 16th floor seating and roof top area (w/closed pool). The room was a decent size for two. The bed was soft. It is on top of a mall, but the stores are not name brands- they’re boutiques, perhaps good for a little bargaining. There are plenty of other malls, 7-Elevens, and restaurants around. The Jordan subway stop is just outside the hotel as well. If you want to be in the thick of things with access to the harbor, this is a good location. There was a park a few blocks up for a nice break I’m greenery.

Location in the center of Kowloon. From Jordan to Tsim Sha Tsui one metro station only and Two metro station to Mongkok. Accessible by all kind of transportation bus A21 from Airport stops infront of the Hotel. Nice walk to tourist spot areas like Avenue of the Stars, Kowloon Park, Victoria Harbor etc.. Restaurants, shops, mall, pharmacy, money changer in every corner. We are family 4 adult with 3 children and my Mom who was a senior. We were able to bring her properly and comfortably to all the locations cause the Hotel lend us wheelchair which we were able to used for 3 days and we are thankful for that. Everything was convenient, staff were very helpful and courteous. We requested a connecting room which is very good as we were family. Complimentary drinks in the fridge. Its recommendable and we will surely book again once we come back.

The hotel was easily accessible from the airport via a few A buses (A21 stop is right outside of the shopping center the hotel sits atop of). The location is within walking distance to, Jordan metro station entrances/exits (station is also access level below hotel via shopping center) as well as city buses located a block, or a few depends by in the line, away. Check in and check out we’re fine with staff being able to community well in English. The hotel rooms my family booked were two double rooms, with each having a desk, TV, couch, a large outward facing window, a fridge stocked with complimentary beverages (cans of tea, soda, and water), and bathroom amenities (like dental kits and shampoo/soap). Beds comfort was satisfactory.

The hotel is well connected via the MTR, and the bus shuttle from the airport stops in front as well, which is a more convenient option than the Airport Express in my opinion. In addition to the usual instant coffee and tea bags, the hotel also provides canned water and cold tea, which also gets replenished daily. The room I was given was also bigger than expected. The bed was huge, and the pillows were really comfortable, too. I mean I could see spots where paint was peeling off in the bathroom, but it was hardly noticeable. The better part is that the shower had good water pressure and a huge counter space. Lastly, the hotel is near popular foodie spots in the Kowloon area and has lots of dining options around it. In general, the hotel is great value for money.
